I’ve spent my career in the rooms where revenue is actually scaled: leading large client services teams inside agencies, scaling marketing inside growth-stage companies, and optimizing the behind-the-scenes processes that make clients happy and keep everything running smoothly. The pattern I kept seeing is what Last Light is built around: the most cost efficient and predictable growth is almost always sitting in the relationships you already have, and almost no one is properly accountable for it.
I started Last Light Collective so that founders can put an executive operator in that seat without committing to a full-time hire before it’s the right time.
